You can't impact what you don't measure. If you are like most of our members you have your pricing/expense information all over the place; accounting platforms, inventory lists, brewery management software, invoices, back of napkins, etc. This isn't just your production costs but everything it takes to run your brewery/winery/distillery (excluding labor). The elephant size issue for any small business, is that to start driving down costs through procurement steps and 'running lean', you need to have your procurement information in one spot/platform.
